At TRAIN HARD, we stand by the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the gear is free of any signs of wear.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
